Bivouac Cheap Buy-Night
We have received a lot of questions from new climbers about getting cheap shoes. Well this is the time and place it's going to happen.
6:30pm 14th March
81 Clarence Street
Tower Junction
Bivouac outdoor our club sponsor is the best stocked retail climbing shop in town.
On this night there will be 20% off everything in store and further discounts on climbing items such as cheap shoes and harnesses!

Castle Hill/Cass weekend trip
17th to 18th March.
Come up for an epic weekend bouldering in the castle hill basin, with a few kegs and some tunes to relax to on Saturday night. Most years includes a ton of absolute beginners btw!
We've rented the Environmental Education Centre and there's limited places (30+-) so make sure you put your name down when we open bookings.
Definitely a trip not to miss!
Paynes Ford Climbing trip
6th - 9th April it's on!!
Gorgeous limestone bolted routes located up the top of the South Island just before the township Takaka. Once again it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or keen climber.
We'll bring all the necessary gear and chuck up top-ropes and teach people to sport-lead. Shoes and a chalk bag are well worth investing in though!
